Pinterest for Etsy Agency provides Pinterest management services designed to help Etsy shop owners increase visibility, drive traffic, and grow sales. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform our services.
• Grant us necessary access to your Pinterest account and Etsy shop if needed.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required.
• Comply with all applicable Pinterest and Etsy terms of service.
• Provide any content required, that is not created by our agency, in a timely manner.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for our services will be as specified in the service agreement or proposal.
• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any content created by us as part of our services will be owned by you upon full payment.
• You retain ownership of your Etsy shop and Pinterest account.
• We may use anonymized performance data for our marketing purposes.

6. Confidentiality

• We agree to keep your business information confidential.
• You agree to keep any proprietary information provided by us confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.
• We do not guarantee specific results or sales increases. Pinterest marketing results can vary.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with [Number] days’ written notice.
• We may terminate the agreement immediately for breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.  
• Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.  

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S..

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through Mediation.
